Types of Flat Roofs
We have installed a variety of flat roof systems that
may be of use for you and your building. Our company can
supply you with great looking flat roofs from the
selection of asphalt built up roof, CSPE, EPDM, Modified
Bitumen, PVC, TPO, Curon or IB roofs.
" Asphalt build up roof is the most common type of
flat roof available. Multiple layers of reinforcing piles
and asphalt make up the asphalt built up roofs. "
CSPE also known as the Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene.
It is a synthetic rubber roof that is more commonly known
as Hypalon. "
EPDM is Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer. "Polyacrylonitrile
short fibers/ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer rubber
(PAN/EPDM) composites are prepared for the first time by
mechanical mixing and subsequent vulcanization at 150°C
for 50min to substitute for composites reinforced with
aramid short fibers, as thermal insulating materials"
(Jin, 2008). "
Modified Bitumen is most frequently used by our company
and a reliable roof to place on your roof. This type of
system creates a watertight roof for projects that must be
completed in stages. These granulated sheet systems are
available in a variety of colors including white, oak,
weatherwood, black, grey and many others. "
PVC is also known as Polyvinyl Chloride. This durable
system is designed for a maximized roof lifecycle. This
method has the strength to resist damage due to strong
winds. "
TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is applied by our
trained professionals with a heat welder. Because this
system is heat welded, the superior seam strength protects
against many extreme weather conditions. Our manufactures
quality products will uphold any weather conditions that
will come your way here in Florida.
